relationships with agents, peers and home office partners. Managing the life insurance department within a major property & casualty company, Dwight worked exclusively with independent agents throughout the
state of NC. When Dwight opened his brokerage operation in 1993, he did so with the intention of continuing what he had been doing for the first part of his career; Supporting Independent Agents! Dwight spent 25
years calling on independent agents in their agencies, promoting life insurance sales, training them on
products and sales techniques, while fostering strong relationships. Dwight recognized early in his career that loyalty to these relationships would provide the foundation for a successful future, this concept has made Financial Security Associates an increasingly successful agency in the ever evolving brokerage industry.
Today, Paige Carter Blair strives to deliver her father's ethic to a new generation of agents. Like father like daughter, Paige also began in the life insurance industry as a first – and
lasting - career. After a decade of learning from Dwight's expertise, she is now leading the charge to bring cutting-edge service to more agents than ever before. By aggressively expanding the FSA infrastructure,
