Before joining FSA in 2001, Sara had an extensive career in the insurance industry. She spent 10 years working as a multi-lines claims adjuster for a major P/C company followed by 5 years as a claims specialist and liaison between insurance companies and clients. Through those years of dedicated customer service, Sara was able to bring to FSA a polished package of impeccable detail, professionalism and patience.

Sara manages in-force policy service for all carriers in each of our lines of business. Since she served as a case manager for her first 6 years at FSA, she is also able to back up our current case managers to assure that pending cases always progress as efficiently as possible. In addition, she assists agents with getting set up in our electronic contracting system.

From the beginning of her time with FSA, Sara has been recognized for her promptness, accuracy and willingness to help any agent or co-worker in any manor that she can.

Sara earned a BS degree in Sociology & Criminal Justice from North CarolinaStateUniversity. She is a licensed Property/Casualty Agent in the state of NC.

Born in Grand Forks, ND and raised in Charlotte, NC, Sara now resides in Raleigh, NC with husband, Burns and their two sons Cooper and Peyton.
