Originally from New Jersey, Roxy moved to NC to attend NC State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management in 1999. She started in the insurance business in a local life brokerage where she spent 5 years learning administrative, sales support & case processing roles. During that time, she also earned her Life & Health license and her LTC/Med Supp license, both of which she still maintains today.

After leaving the general agency, Roxy went to work with a medical insurance agency where she worked with practice administrators and doctors throughout the state of NC, assisting with their enrollment in group health insurance plans as well as with other employee benefit plans.

When she joined FSA in December 2007, Roxy became a full time case manager. Her prior experience in brokerage allowed her to master our internal processes in a very short period of time. She brought a strong sense of professionalism and a great dedication to accuracy & efficiency when she came to FSA. Within weeks of starting to work with agents, compliments on her work started to come in.  Roxy offers solid, dependable case management skills that help make FSA's new business service on top of its' game.

Roxy and husband Jeff currently reside in Raleigh, NC.
